As followers of Jesus, we should always be sharing our faith with those around us. There are now around 2 billion Muslims in the world. Having some knowledge of the Qur’an can help open doors to understand them better. We will always rely on the Bible as our authority (2 Timothy 3:16), praying that it will speak to many (Romans 10:17) and draw them to Himself.

6:86. And Isma’il and Elisha, and Jonas, and Lot: and to all We gave favour above the nations:
7:80. We also (sent) Lut: He said to his people: “Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you?
11:70. But when he saw their hands went not towards the (meal), he felt some mistrust of them, and conceived a fear of them. They said: “Fear not: We have been sent against the people of Lut.”
11:74. When fear had passed from (the mind of) Abraham and the glad tidings had reached him, he began to plead with us for Lut’s people.
11:77. When Our messengers came to Lut, he was grieved on their account and felt himself powerless (to protect) them. He said: “This is a distressful day.”
11:81. (The Messengers) said: “O Lut! We are Messengers from thy Lord! By no means shall they reach thee! now travel with thy family while yet a part of the night remains, and let not any of you look back: but thy wife (will remain behind): To her will happen what happens to the people. Morning is their time appointed: Is not the morning nigh?”
11:89. “And O my people! let not my dissent (from you) cause you to sin, lest ye suffer a fate similar to that of the people of Noah or of Hud or of Salih, nor are the people of Lut far off from you!
15:59. “Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All –
15:61. At length when the messengers arrived among the adherents of Lut,
15:68. Lut said: “These are my guests: disgrace me not:
21:71. But We delivered him and (his nephew) Lut (and directed them) to the land which We have blessed for the nations.
21:74. And to Lut, too, We gave Judgment and Knowledge, and We saved him from the town which practised abominations: truly they were a people given to Evil, a rebellious people.
22:43. Those of Abraham and Lut;
26:160. The people of Lut rejected the apostles.
26:161. Behold, their brother Lut said to them: “Will ye not fear ((Allah))?
26:167. They said: “If thou desist not, O Lut! thou wilt assuredly be cast out!”
27:54. (We also sent) Lut (as an apostle): behold, He said to his people, “Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)?
27:56. But his people gave no other answer but this: they said, “Drive out the followers of Lut from your city: these are indeed men who want to be clean and pure!”
29:26. But Lut had faith in Him: He said: “I will leave home for the sake of my Lord: for He is Exalted in Might, and Wise.”
29:28. And (remember) Lut: behold, he said to his people: “Ye do commit lewdness, such as no people in Creation (ever) committed before you.
29:32. He said: “But there is Lut there.” They said: “Well do we know who is there : we will certainly save him and his following,- except his wife: she is of those who lag behind!”
29:33. And when Our Messengers came to Lut, he was grieved on their account, and felt himself powerless (to protect) them: but they said: “Fear thou not, nor grieve: we are (here) to save thee and thy following, except thy wife: she is of those who lag behind.
37:133. So also was Lut among those sent (by Us).
38:13. And Thamud, and the people of Lut, and the Companions of the Wood; – such were the Confederates.
50:13. The ‘Ad, Pharaoh, the brethren of Lut,
54:33. The people of Lut rejected (his) warning.
54:34. We sent against them a violent Tornado with showers of stones, (which destroyed them), except Lut’s household: them We delivered by early Dawn,-
54:36. And (Lut) did warn them of Our Punishment, but they disputed about the Warning.
66:10. Allah sets forth, for an example to the Unbelievers, the wife of Noah and the wife of Lut: they were (respectively) under two of our righteous servants, but they were false to their (husbands), and they profited nothing before Allah on their account, but were told: “Enter ye the Fire along with (others) that enter!”
